A feature that hasn't been active for some time but would be nice to reintroduce: running the lottery every 2 weeks. From the rules:

Every 2 weeks, I'll run a lottery with every active player that's submitted a payment in the last 2 weeks.
The lottery has a pot of 1/2 the total number of words read (debt or no debt) for the period, capped at 600k.
This will be split evenly across three winners, and added to their debts.
