Rename "master" to "stable" #blacklivesmatter #126

Renamed mentions in the documentation and scripts.
Also updated the default branch and protected branch name in GitHub settings
Updated all open PRs targeting master to now target stable
Deleted the master branch from origin now that stable is pointing to the same sha1

Circle seems broken (cache restore step). Re-running it doesn't fix the issue, and I can't find any button to clear the cache (or rerun without cache)...

Not sure how to fix this TBH.

@djbe I fixed the CI Cache issue.

But I see that we had codebeat integration in that repo, and looking at my email history I see that you are the one who set it up back in the day. If you could log into the codebeat account to change the tracked branch to be stable that would be great 👍
