Add archiving support #4

This feature will add the re-encoding and re-archiving of files.

Archiving has been implemented for archives that use Byte Pair Encoding. LZ77 is a work in progress. Once both are finished, or if LZ77 archiving is not possible, it will be added to the main branch.
