Description: Implement comprehensive CI/CD pipeline for automated testing and deployment of pull requests.

Tasks:

[ ] Setup GitHub Actions workflow
[ ] Configure automated testing
[ ] Implement linting checks
[ ] Add build verification
[ ] Setup deployment previews
[ ] Configure merge checks
[ ] Add status reporting

Technical Requirements:

GitHub Actions configuration
Testing framework setup
Deployment configuration
Environment variables management

Acceptance Criteria:

Automated tests run on every PR
Linting checks pass
Build verification succeeds
Deployment previews work
Status checks are enforced
