Yet another notification type #122

Since I'm always running bots in background mode and dont like to watch the bot window all the time I added some fancy system notifications.

If pokemon is caught/evolved it will show the specific pokemon's image...etc. Also the Pokemon and item names are shown in lower case and without underscores. Multiple notifications will stack on each other

Fixed bad commit names

Please fix how ive commented. merge it into the toast method just like the logging

The way that capitals are working for items is also need of improvement. Also please remove the comment. Then I'll go ahead and pull this.
