NOT AN ISSUE - WHITELIST #284

Trying to create a config file with a full whitelist so it catches no pokemon instead just grabs pokestops and walks.. whenever I try it ignores this and catches pokemon anyway, ideas?

The whitelist is for evolving pokemon, enter the pokemon IDs in 'ignore_catching_pokemon=' instead.
