Most notable change is that a :rdf-base-uri config value has been introduced and this is threaded through the handlers withing a system-uris reifyied protocol.
Still some work to do here though. Have ported over many of the URI building functions, but I suspect we might be able to use bi-directional routing to get rid of some of them; or at the very least simplify them.
