Dataset titles in PMD3 vs the metadata supplied in Word documents #41

In a lot of cases, the titles given to datasets in the word files supplied do not match the titles of the datasets in PMD3. See https://github.com/Swirrl/ons-data-export/blob/master/metadata/dataset_lookup.csv vs https://gss-cogs.github.io/family-trade/datasets/

In issue #40, the additional of metadata is done after the dataset has been extracted from PMD3 so will not include a different title to reduce confusion for those trying to check datasets on PMD4

Logging this issue FAO ONS so that they can update the source data accordingly with the titles they wish the datasets to be published as.
