Decide how to deal with duplicate codelists in a facet #59

With all industries selected the 2nd row has two badges for the "Trade sectors" codelists. This is caused by two (non-orthogonal) dimensions sharing the same codelist!

Ideally the dimensions would be orthogonal (i.e. a single sector dimension/ codelist). I've requested this be addressed upstream.

As a workaround we could either ignore this (explaining it to users separately) or include dimension in the view which tbh wouldn't make it much clearer anyway!

It might lead to strangeness with the PMD links (i.e. codes being matched against the wrong dimension).

This is now resolved by having the cells display the dimension. The links work too.
