There's no way to clear a single facet from the point where you see the warning:
No datasets matched the applied filters. [Clear filters] to reset and make a new selection.
You have to clear everything to proceed. You can't even unselect all the codes because that disables "Apply filter".
We should add a "Reset filter" button alongside "Apply filter" when the facet is expanded (enabled only when there are selections).
