Is it possible to access fonts from another folder/drive other than the main windows/fonts folder? If so, can you direct me to where I can look in the code? I am new to coding and don't quite know where to look for the line where it speficies where typertools draws the fonts from. Thank you.

Do you mean that you want to use the fonts which have not been installed to your computer? If so, isn't it easier to install the fonts? If you mean the styles in TyperTools, then I believe you can choose any styles when you create/edit a folder in there.

Photoshop supports Photoshop-only fonts installation in the following directory.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts

If Fonts directory is not exist yet, you may create it.

So if you want to have custom fonts but don't want to clutter Windows fonts, please give it a shot 😉
