See a project summary such as: https://projects-staging.swisspolar.ch/logged/grant-management/project/14/

Project summary changes

Currently:

 Allocated budget: 452'000.00 CHF

After, for an open project:

 Allocated budget: 452'000.00 CHF
Total paid so far: XX,XXX CHF

For a closed project:

 Allocated budget: 452'000.00 CHF
 Total paid: XX,XXX CHF

Question: should it has the difference between these two numbers?

Installments

In the summary view of the installment instead of "Sent (CHF)" it should be change to "Paid (CHF)"

Invoices

Close project summary

On closing a project currently it says:

 Allocated budget: 452'000.00 CHF
 Total paid: 300'000.00 CHF

Question: should we add the difference?

Reporting - Finance

The table: Annual financial support for funded projects has currently two columns:

It should have these columns:

The table below "Annual financial support for funded projects by grant scheme" should has the same new columns

Comment from Basil on Slack:

Hi Carles, thanks for the summary. Personally, I would be in favor of adding the category "difference" (allocated - effective payments). I would furthermore also aggregate this aspect in the financial reporting once a project is closed. This way we will always have an even number between commitment and expenditure (commitment = payments + open payments + cancelled payments). As far as i understand this, accountants like this kind of information and it would also help me to keep track of our funding activities.

This is certainly not the highest priority, but you mentioned that displaying already existing data is not such a big task.

Finally, i would also find it useful to have the commitment etc. per funding scheme and year.
