pat_id variable in form #221

My form variable "pat_id" was deleted or rather overwritten by the add_id. Took me a bit to figure this out. A warning message would be very helpful. Thanks a lot!

Thank you @Inessakraft for the report. We will look into implementing an exception as soon as time permits.

I suggest we implement a "simple" warning here which informs on the fact that a variable pat_id is already present in the database and has thus caused problems.
