With https://github.com/DP-3T/dp3t-app-ios-ch/pull/196 a dark mode was integrated in the iOS app. Would be nice if this could also be added for the Android version.

Who cares about a DarkMode? It should run in background anyway?

Help improve battery usage but is a nice to have feature
