Based on #12, Celery, Flower and RabbitMQ need to be configured and deployed.

[x] Add celery to docker compose
[x] Add flower to docker compose
[x] Add Celery-insights to docker compose
[x] Add web backend stub to trigger jobs
[x] Try leek as a monitoring tool https://github.com/kodless/leek
[ ] Add prometheus monitoring?
