Description
Have a flow implemented that executes tasks that implement the retrieval functionality and notifications of job and dataset status updates to SciCat. At the end of the successful retrievel, download links of the retrieved datablocks shall be sent to scicat.
Any actual interactions with the LTS shall only be mocked for the purpose here.
