Id10412 missing skip? #36

The tobacco questions (Id10412-Id10416) need clarification. Should there be a skip if the deceased didn$B!G(Bt use tobacco(If Id10412$B!b!I(BYes$B!I(B)

There's a skip based on the answer to question Id10413 and Id10412 on questions (Id10414-Id10416). It was discussed last year during revising calls if to skip (Id10413) "Did (s)he smoke tobacco (cigarette, cigar, pipe, etc.)?" according to Id10412 answer, and it was decided to always ask Id10413 after Id10412.

In 1.5.2: If "YES" to Id10412 (s/he used tobacco- e.g. chewing), and "NO" to Id10413, Id10414 (What kind of tobacco did s/he use) should still be asked - not skipped.

Also, added constraint check if 10413=no and 10414=cigarettes or pipe: "It is not possible to select cigarettes or pipe and "no" to "Did (s)he smoke tobacco?". Please go back and correct the selections."
