Add xlsform and odk Github tags #82

Dear @aurdipas and other maintainers,

Thanks for making this form open source, it has been very helpful in the maintenance of ODK Collect, Enketo and pyxform. Would you be willing to add the xlsform and odk Github tags? We're experimenting with different ways to help folks find good examples of complex forms and I think it would be a good thing to try.
