Regarding that note on order number 65 on the form I realized it is fine like that when one is using the form in ODK entirely ,so the note only get to be shown when there is that violation on the constraint prompting the person completing the form to change it otherwise, they will not go past through it. On our side we must find a way of enforcing this constraint without having to make a note field required as our app will throw an error on compiling the form .
selected(${Id10008}, 'child') and (selected(${isNeonatal}, '1') or selected(${isChild}, '1'))
(Id10008_check) It is not possible to select that the respondent is the child of the deceased and enter that the deceased is a neonate or child. Please go back and correct the selection.
I am attaching the excel sheet we sent through for translation. It does have the tab for the choices, but I didn't tell you that it needs to be translated too....sorry!
Most of the words will be translated already in the previous version. I will go through the CHOICES tab today and double check if there are any terms that are new and need to be translated.
