Remix upgrade to Remix 2 #119

upgrade to remix v2
change routes structure to new standard
change build to esm from cjs
remove tailwind and postcss imports and config from remix as it is built-in
fix imports to new imports
- change ActionArgs to new ActionFunctionArgs

Works on my machine. Please test Thanks! Since this will make merge conflicts with other branches please merge before the others create their branches.
