Introduce 1.106 compatibility #71

So, this is a quick, and probably not required contribution for fix Plethora for CC:T 1.106 and upper to fix #70

The question here is do you plan to support state storing for upgrade for neural interface? If so, would you like me to try help you with this? I can try to write initial code and test it with some of my peripherals from other mods.

Thank you for this! I think the state storage doesn't block this PR since there are no built-in pocket upgrades that use it, but I'd be happy to accept a separate PR for that too.
