This mostly updates the NI GUI code to use CC:T's new sprite-sheet based code.
The changes to CC:T's DynamicImageButton are too much of a faff to handle right now, so I've just copied that into Plethora. I'm the sole contributor to that file, so happy to relicense it under Plethora's license.
