Reinstall your modpack. You have several outdated mods, including but not limited to:

The server is on 1.20.1 now, too.

that was an older one before I manually deleted the mods that Packwiz forgot to delete

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Do a Barrel Roll requires Yet Another Config Lib (YACL) to be installed!

Once again I recommend reinstalling your modpack. You have several old mods installed, including a 1.19.4 build of IPN and Journeymap. Once you've reinstalled the pack, start selectively reinstalling the mods for 1.20.1, and if you can narrow down the crash to a specific mod, reopen this issue.
