Claim settings (name, color) don't persist when resizing #112

Describe the bug

When resizing the claim, the color and name of a claim aren't persisted

To reproduce

  1. Make a claim and set a name or color
  2. Check the dynmap for the name and color
  3. Resize the claim
  4. Check the dynmap again

Expected behavior

I'd expect the claim color and claim name to be the same after someone has resized the claim
