Ender Storages that were both Diamond & Emerald lost their Emerald

Describe the bug

Ender storages that were both personal and modifiable by a computer lost their ability to be modified by computers. This took down books.kst and the liquidity pools. The obvious fix is to just re-right click with an emerald, but I'm not sure if the ender storage keeps its state after restart; the lock not turning into an emerald after fixing it is alarming to me.

Known instances of public software running into issues:

• liquidity pools
• books.kst (book storage server crashed due to being unable to modify ender storage, clients drew a blank item list as a result)

To reproduce

1. Have a known existing personal & modifiable ender storage (before the update)
2. Attempt to modify it through the computer now

Expected behavior

NBT state should have been maintained through the update.

fixed in https://github.com/SwitchCraftCC/sc-goodies/commit/6867574d24f349d9d88e1adc122a99e1a27df4ba

but I'm not sure if the ender storage keeps its state after restart

it will not until this change is pushed to the server <- something I can't do
