nether fortress mobs not spawning #162

Describe the bug

I was running through the nether, going to multiple fortresses, looking for wither skels, but none of the 6 fortresses i went to spawned anything

To reproduce

go to fortress
no wither skel :(

Expected behavior

wither skeleton galore

Relevant log output

No response

I can confirm the issue with my wither skeleton farm that used to work perfectly a few months ago. The spawn rates of the gold farm are also affected.

Can also confirm, the fortresses I’ve been raiding for wither skulls have been producing very few skeletons

Can confirm, witherskeletons are appearing extremely rarely. At some times, there is not even a single wither skeleton for more than 40 minutes.

This is also impacting the price of nether stars.

I think this is also affecting the gold farm, as almost no pigmen spawn (they're spawned on the nether side).

Saw a group of nether skeletons earlier, might be fixed? Would need more testing

The gold farm started functioning again a couple days ago, so it's probably fixed. Could it be someone's offline chunkloader expiring?
