1 year ago This feature caused a lot of problems on SwitchCraft 2. From a technical standpoint, it resulted in a large number of unpredictable desync bugs, and I'd rather not end up on that debugging path again. But more importantly, from a social standpoint, it makes it much easier to grief a player by claim bordering. More issues were caused by banning players from claims, than the players originally caused to get banned.
Claim banning also results in unintended consequences; since claims go from y=-64 to y=320, a large spawn landowner, by banning a player they don't particularly like, can prevent somebody from flying around in what is generally considered public airspace.
If you have an issue with somebody that made you want to ban them from a claim, please discuss it with a member of staff, since it sounds like they're breaking the rules. We'll have an anonymous reporting form available soon too if you think that'll make you feel more comfortable reporting abuse.
Describe the bug
Add a command to block specific people from claims i own/manage such a command could be as follows /toggleflag BANNED (User) (true/false) or with a new claimflag command /flag add BANNED (user) and /flag remove BANNED (user)
