KristPay balance animations are affected by client FPS, causing inconsistent behavior across clients.
Set frame limit to 60 FPS a. Pay 1 krist b. Observe animation speed
Set frame limit to 10 FPS a. Pay 1 krist b. Notice how it plays the animation 6 times slower.
Speed should be consistent across all framerates.
