[BUG] Most skills don't work #234

While in the hub, you can't throw a fishing rod, can't chop down trees because of mining fatigue, and can't mine because of mining fatigue. There's also no wheat in the hub, so you can't do farming.

Mining and farming were fixed fishing hasn't been implemented yet, so It's not really a bug, and the only one that is currently actually broken is foraging because of mining fatigue.
