@Swop Is this project totally dead ?
Hey there, I have a working sf2 buildpack if you need, I kinda maintain it and it works nicely. I run 2 productions projects and 3 dev projects with it.
Boot time is just a little long because cache should be warmed up in compilation. Doc is not up to date.
@Azer- I also have a working buildpack (based on the buildpack written by @Swop previously for SimpleIT). We are deploying on heroku since 1 year. But this project was intended to become a generic Sf2 buildpack (i.e. avoiding to fork the buildpack itself for each Sf2 app needing to be deployed).
Yeah I'd like to find a general build pack too, too bad this one's dead :(.
Yeah. Sorry for the late response.
I have worked few month ago on a brand new rewrite of the buildpack, as I described it in this post : https://github.com/Swop/heroku-buildpack-symfony2/issues/8#issuecomment-21584029 .
Since then, numerous events fell me above and have me to prevent from continuing to work actively on this project.
I do not use any more Heroku since a few months, I thus had no imperatives urging me to release this version with shorter deadlines.
I do not lose sight of the goal to work again on this project, but it is not any more one of my priorities.
I'm still glad to see that this kind of of buildpack are sorely lacking, but if you wish to find another active buildpack in the meantime, I advise you to look at this one which in my opinion is maybe the most complete and the most flexible one on this day for Sf2 projects https://github.com/CHH/heroku-buildpack-php
Thanks (I shall inform you in this issue if there is something new).
Ho yeah this BP is cool, I'm going to use it now. Thanks for your answer @Swop !
Main goal --> first issue ;)
