Feature Request: Disable thumbnails #132

Lemuroid is amazing, but one thing would make it even better. If we were able to disable thumbnails and just have the UI display a simple list of games, maybe call it "compact mode" or something, it would make it a lot quicker and easier to browse long lists of ROMs, especially since the built in default scraper using libretro's database is really hit or miss whether it will generate a thumbnail or not. Thanks. Keep up the great work on this app.

My issue with the thumbnails is very similar so I'll post it here: a thumbnail-cache feature is missing so thumbnails are downloaded every time a system's game list is displayed, and every time the same data gets re-downloaded again. The only workaround I found to this waste of resources is to completely disable Lemuroid's internet permissions via Android's options, losing the core and thumbnails on-the-fly downloader altogether.

So, I imagine that without a cached thumbnails feature, the option to simply disable them would be the next best thing.
