Slowdown when connected to the TV by HDMI adapter #295

Hi,

On my Galaxy Note10+ with Exynos when connected to TV using HDMI Adapter, the game run slow, no matter the console. It's normal behavior?

The Dolphin staying in normal speed on my test.

Interestingly, I saw in some forums that Libretro when connected to a TV works slowly, but when connected to a monitor it runs perfectly. Why?

Hi @brunoccr . Interesting. I'd guess this is connected to a 4K at 30Hz, but Lemuroid thinks everything is running at 60Hz so you basically get halved speed. If you force the TV resolution to 1080@60 are you still able to reproduce the issue?

I'm using tv box and game is not slow anymore when resolution is forced to 1080@60.
