Hi!

Megadrive slow emulation and sound lags on Android TV. Roms launch fine with Retroarch 1.9.12 Genesis Plus GX (1.7.4 2ef6f58).

My TV:

Device: [TCL 50P717] OS: [Android 9] Version Lemuroid: [1.12.1] If need any info or logs, tell how collect it.

It's probably only your TV, as the core works perfectly for me on TV and mobile.
