[Feature Request] Add "Duckstation" core to reproduce Dolby Surround in PS1 games #468

Describe the solution you'd like I love to enjoy games encoded with Dolby Surround using my home theater, however, I am unable to reproduce the encoded track with the PS1 emulator because the current core built in the app is not compatible, therefore, I recommend to add the "Duckstation" core as an option, because it's compatible with Dolby Surround encoded tracks for Playstation 1 games.

There are currently 108 games encoded according to Mobygames.com, an example is Road Rash 3-D:

Describe alternatives you've considered I actually discovered the ability to reproduce Dolby Surround using the "Duckstation" core on RetroArch and that's why I hope it gets implemented in Lemuroid.

The Windows version of Duckstation also provides the abilty.

If I remember correctly, at the present moment the currently maintained core is named SwanStation. After Stenzek left the project (temporarily, partially because of SwanStation) the Duckstation core itself was removed from RetroArch's list of downloadable cores.

I'm not sure if that's need to know info, but it might save everyone a bit of trouble looking for the right name.
