Button to fast-forward #528

It'd be great to have a dedicated button to fast-forward (in the resizable touch screen controller); sometimes you want to fast-forward loading, intro/outro animations and fanfares, score screens, dialogue, etc. that lasts for 3 seconds, and it's just not worth to press and hold menu, tick fast-forward, gesture back, then start to miss what you wanted while you hold menu again, tick fast-forward again, gesture back...

Same, loving using it on G Cloud but having the ability to set an on screen turbo button or map a physical button would be great
