Add DuckStation as an alternative for PSX Emulation. #567

Lemuroid is really great. Thanks for your work. I have a request though: please add DuckStation, like you did with melonDS for NDS Emulation. DuckStation is superior to PCSX-ReARMed in all aspects. For example MGS fps is unstable in PCSX-reARMed no matter the hardware.

DuckStation also supports PS1 games that were encoded with Dolby Surround, there are currently 108 games encoded according to Mobygames.com, an example is Road Rash 3-D:
