[Feature Request] Import/Export Saves

I recently got a new phone, and was a bit bummed about the fact that I seemingly cannot bring my game saves over to my new device. I think that adding a feature to export and import saves between devices would be very useful.

Just copy game data including ROMs from old device to new device using an external storage

@ericsomto how? it doesnt seem the saves are stored alongside the roms, and android restricts /obb app data access so it seems pretty impossible to even locate my saves.

edit: managed to through FV File Manager, which apparently accesses obb/data through workaroind means on android 13; this definitely should be a feature as it seems like options for users accessing their own saves is rapidly dwindling.

This would be great as states, saves, etc. are in a location normally not accessible. I was able to move the entire Lumuroid files from one phone to another, but both phones were rooted.
