Modern XBox controller R2/L2 triggers don't work #629

Describe the bug On modern XBox controllers, as used in the series S/X, the L2 and R2 proportional trigger switches do not work at all.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Pair controller via bluetooth.
  2. Attempt to use L2/R2 in any game, or change the binding in Lemuroid.

Expected behavior I'd expect the trigger to function as a digital on/off switch at least, but ideally as both a digital and anologue trigger in the best case, depending on how it's bound.

I have been facing the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra running Android 13, Using the exact same steps as provided by @nabeelr. LT (L2) Seems to work its just unable to be mapped, whereas RT (R2) Does not work whatsoever. My controller is the Xbox Wireless controller for the Series X via bluetooth, it is also running the latest firmware.
