Blurry Pixels #663

Describe the bug The pixels are blurry on any game with any filter.

Expected behavior That the pixels of any platform do not look blurry.

Could you upload a screenshot? I've tried running several different cores with various filter combinations and they all seem to work properly.

It's the same as this post #447, it looks worse in GBA games.
