Describe the bug Opening local multiplayer option to play with friends who are nearby doesn't work. Tested games such as Mario party, Super Mario 2, and super smash bros

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Choose a 3ds game
  2. Select multiplayer
  3. Experience big sadge

Expected behavior Lets me join friends
