On-Screen PlayStation controls aren't there! #875

Describe the bug The on-screen controls for the PS1 are missing. And because of this, the only way I can get out of the emulator when a game loads is to hit escape on my bluetooth keyboard.

To Reproduce Start the game. I used the Official PlayStation Magazine demo discs 1 and 2 to test the emulation.

Expected behavior For On-Screen controls to appear. With my keyboard, I can move the D-Pad around but that seems to be the only binds that exist.

The keyboard itself was causing the controls to not appear.
