[Feature] Please add Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic support to PPA #456

When adding the PPA on 18.04, it can't find bionic

apt.cache.FetchFailedException: E:The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/bugs-launchpad-net-falkensweb/cool-retro-term/ubuntu bionic Release' does not have a Release file.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:vantuz/cool-retro-term
