Settings panel almost unreadable on MacOS (dark mode problem?) #583

On MacOS 10.15.4 (19E287), this is how the Settings screen looks like:

This may be related to the fact that I have the dark mode enabled in the system settings?

I'm also on macOS 10.15.4 (19E287) using dark mode. Other than the misaligned tabs, the colors are rendering as expected.

This was reported multiple times on Linux (#428, #612, #689), and was attempted to solve in #722. You can try the patch yourself, maybe it will help you too.
