Textures not always behaving on emulator (OpenGL ES v1.0) #2

Using more than one texture, having multiple objects with different
textures, or re-assigning textures to a single object can lead to textures
not showing up, or not being updated.

Confirmed on v1.5 and v2.1 emulator.

Assumption is that it's an OpenGL ES v1.0 problem...

Seems to behave properly now, with latest commit.
