These packages are all required to get a new project going with Apollo

Hi there, thank you for the PR! I've updated the README to say something about the server setup. It's out of scope of this package because this package is purely client side. The instructions and required packages are in the installation instructions of other packages. I hope it's more clear now.

Thanks for using this package. If you have any more feedback or ideas of improvement feel free to open an issue or make other PRs.
