Hinting missing in many font #273

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a website that use Exo or Glegoo (for example) on WIndows XP with 
Firefox/Chrome/IE

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The font that show like in the other OS

Reading on internet the problem is the hinting that miss and in XP can create 
some problems.
The solution is download the font and add the hint, but integrate this support 
in this repo it's a better solution!
