RobotoSlab greek and greek-ext miss Greek Delta U+0394 glyph #305

All the variants of RobotoSlab greek and greek-ext files miss Greek Delta 
U+0394 glyph.

However, the glyph is available in the ttf files.

Is there some mistake with the generation of the greek and greek-ext files?
