How do I reenable telemetry? I can't access insider builds now. #333

I've tried restoring registry from the GUI, but that didn't do anything or help. I did get some errors however when doing it https://pastebin.com/Bc51w68Y

I also can't open the windows store, I'm not sure if that's a debloater problem tho, as I only ran the remove telemetry.

I couldn't find any other threads on how to undo this, so I made a new issue for this.

I'm on Windows 10 Home. I'd just like to undo everything the debloater did.

I might do a refresh soon anyways if this doesn't get resolved, I just reinstalled windows two days ago, so I don't have much programs that I'll lose.

Edit: Was able to get windows store to open, everything else disabled is still disabled however.

Edit 2: Noticed some files kept in Users are deleted/modified, so guess I'm doing a clean reinstall then transferring my data back to it.
