More intelligible GUI for custom blocklist #447

Open ghost opened 2 years ago

image So, the app indicates that you can customize the allowlist and blocklist, however it doesnt explain if the ones marked are going to be deleted, or the unmarked ones; it is a bit confounding. Either that should be explained, or there should be uninstall button below, so the ticked ones to be uninstalled.

I agree that it would be very helpful to indicate what checking an item means.

I know what it means. I just think that it may be perplexing for newcomers so should be redesigned.

I second this feature, or just to even add it to the README, but it seems it won't be happening soon, with the maintainers not being very active.

Yeah, such a shame the project is deprecated.

Yeah, such a shame the project is deprecated.

I've been trying to fix this project up a bit, at least in management (over 100 fixed issues that are still marked as open because of non-GH regulars) and I've been trying to solve a myriad of issues over this last week. I do believe in this project, but unless we wake one of the maintainers up from their deep sleep, PRs and fixes won't be happening anytime soon.
