Restart and Shutdown taking 15min! #521

Hi, ever since I used this tool, my PC Restart or shutdown takes around 10-15min. It's really frustrating. Why is it doing this?! what is it doing during this time?!

One of the times it finally came back up, my pc had decided to install OneDrive and mess up my desktop and folders. I was furious. luckily a restore point fixed that. but I don't have from before messing with this debloat tool, because windows keeps deleting the restore points. ( also, I had removed OneDrive years ago, not with any debloat tool.)

Have you read the disclaimer? Also, what functions have you applied?

@Asclepius8 I don't think it's caused by the debloater. You can tweak shutdown task kill times at shutdown and elsewere and stuff with Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4 (UWT4).
